Q: How long does shipping take? 

A:  It can take 1-3 business days to process orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. During holiday sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 

A:  Our team works as quickly as possible to get your order shipped once you place your order. Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel or change orders. Feel free to contact us and we will try and make things right.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information. If your package is lost or stolen please file a claim with USPS before contacting us. 

Q: What happens if an item is defective?

A: If the purchased product is defective, reach out to us via email at adaygobag@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivered date. We want our customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase!

Q: How do I file a return?

A: This is probably never going to happen ;), but if you want to be the first please submit a return request through our "return" tab on our main menu navigation. We offer returns WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase if the item meets the following criteria:

1. MUST BE in new and unused conditions

2. Tags must be intact.

ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RETURN APPROVAL BEING ISSUED.

Q: Can I return an item bought on sale?

A: All items bought on sale are non-refundable and final sale.

Q: Is this the world's greatest travel bag?

A: Absolutely! But that's just our humble opinion.

Q: How do I clean my bag

A: Products can be wiped down with a damp cloth.  May use mild detergent, do not machine wash. Our bags are water resistant but not 100% waterproof.

Q: Where are Adaygo Bags made?

A: Adaygo products are designed in the great state of Utah and manufactured in Vietnam by an awesome team.

Q: Do we love the Earth?

A: We might not call ourselves tree huggers but we would definitely give a tree a high five. At Adaygo our products are environmentally friendly. They are made from recycled polyester.
